New England Fertility’s egg donation program is among the largest and most successful in the Northeastern United States. That’s because we do not rely on outside agencies but actively recruit, screen, and match anonymous donors ourselves. By recruiting and carefully screening potential egg donors, according to FDA guidelines, New England Fertility provides patients with the assurance that our donors are free of physical and mental disease and are likely to produce eggs of good quality.
Reasons You May Need an Egg Donation
The four leading reasons for receiving an egg donation are:
Egg Donor Screening
Before New England Fertility accepts any woman into the egg donation program, we carefully screen each prospective egg donor according to FDA guidelines. This includes a medical screening of the egg donor candidate as well as a genetic evaluation, a psychological assessment, a personality test, and a thorough review of the prospective egg donor’s background by the New England Fertility egg donor team.
Egg Donation Wait Time
New England Fertility’s large donor pool allows us to match couples with prospective donors within one to two months of their initial visit.
More importantly, New England Fertility is there with you, each step of the way, helping to select an egg donor who is right for you and then working with you through the egg donation and implantation process, providing you with emotional and medical support.
